Having worked together since 1998, Mike and our Partner, Alex Matuk, joined the Firm in April 2002. Mike has worked with Strazzeri Mancini in various aspects. His transition into the firm brought his paralegal experience in Litigation and Business Planning. In addition to his assistance with our computer network and website, Mike has also spent a three month cross-training in the Family EstateCare™ Department in preparation for his current position. Mike continues to grow professionally. He worked with Kevin Garofalo, Christina Labriel, and Melanie Waltz in the FamilyCare™ Group, which is responsible for ensuring the Family Real EstateCare ™, Family BusinessCare™ and Family EstateCare™ cases are progressing in a timely manner to fulfill our clients' needs. Mike has also been appointed to the position of Office Administrator. He is further responsible for the day-to-day operation of the firm.
Mike continues to spend time with his goddaughter, Sarah, hanging out at Sea World and can often be found hanging out in Old Town San Diego where he lives. He enjoys his new patio and hosting barbeques for friends. He eagerly awaits the return of the San Diego Gulls and professional hockey to San Diego. |

Paula was hired as the Firm’s new Director of First Impressions. She truly enjoys the opportunity to interact with the clients and appreciates all that the position has taught her thus far. Since being employed, she has also become the Assistant to the Southern California Institute’s Programs Director, Jennifer Hartwell.
She was raised in a small town in Texas and joined the military shortly after graduation. After she married her husband, Stephen, she left active duty in order to support and encourage him during his continued military service. Paula believes that her family and friends are the most precious gift life has given her and when she isn’t working she enjoys traveling to visit them. She also enjoys camping, fishing, reading and horseback riding. She is thankful for her chance to live in California and looks forward to remaining here for a while longer. |

Kevin was originally hired as our new funding coordinator and quickly moved up to become a Strategic Assistant to Attorney Eleanor Minsky in our Trust Administration Department. He is currently the lead assistant in the Family EstateCare™ Planning Department.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys getting together with his friends and getting to know San Diego to a point where he can truly enjoy its beauty and wonderful climate.

Since joining Strazzeri Mancini in 2003, Jennifer has worked as the Coordinator for the Founders Group and also as the Strategic Assistant to Joseph J. Strazzeri. With in the last year, Jennifer has added the role of Programs Director for The Southern California Institute to her accomplishments. As the SCI Programs Director, Jennifer handles the day to day operations of coordinating local seminars for clients and also national programs offered to the various professionals.
In her spare time Jen enjoys spending time with her family, fiancé and friends. She also enjoys traveling the globe, singing, riding dirt bikes in the desert, cooking great meals at home and watching independent films and European cinema.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Christina was introduced to sunny San Diego during her tour in the United States Marine Corps. After completion of her contract in 2005, she decided to pursue a career in the legal field and received her certification as a Legal Administrative Assistant from Maric College. She joined our talented team in July 2006. Christina is the Lead Assistant of the Family EstateCare™ Succession Group and Laureate Planning by assisting Steve Mancini and Stephanie Malme. Her duties include assisting Trustees in the administration of a loved one's trust after they have passed away. She also assists with clients within our Laureate Department.
During her spare time she loves spending time with her family. Her husband Winston is in the United States Marine Corps and they share a beautiful daughter, Nia. Christina also loves to spend time with close friends, shop, and go to the gym. The time she cherishes the most is watching Nia grow up and learn new things everyday. Her daughter is, in her eyes, her biggest motivation.

Carol is a paralegal and the Client "Signing Coordinator" and Client liaison for the Firm. She supervises the signing of estate planning and other documents and is therefore able to interact on a personal level with our client "family" as well as the Firm's team members.
Carol brings a ten-year background of mortgage banking, and twenty-one years of administrative abilities and previous legal experience to the Firm.
Carol is active in the community. She is a member of community women's groups and has been on the gala planning committees for Scripps Hospital for a number of years. Carol's passion is travel, and she enjoys finding unique getaways.
Carol and firm partner Stephen Mancini have been happily married since 1972 and thoroughly enjoy working with each other. |

Mashini, Jennifer
Client Relations Coordinator

Jennifer is the firm’s Client Relations Coordinator and the point of contact when scheduling any client appointment with our attorneys.
Originally from the Metro Detroit area, Jennifer has been a San Diego resident since 2005. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University in Rochester MI, and was a Dean’s List honor student from 2002-2005. Jennifer is currently a Paralegal student at the University of San Diego.
Jennifer loves coastal living and the life that Southern California offers. In her free time, she likes to stay active by spending time at the beach, hiking, traveling and visiting the pandas at the San Diego Zoo.

Ozuna, Jane

Jane is the comptroller of the firm and its associate companies. She handles all aspects of the firms' finances. She is also the accounting liaison for the firms' "Laureate Clients" and uses her extensive knowledge to gather and compile each client's information so that the firm and the client can reach their Estate Planning goals. She has been involved in the Accounting/Bookkeeping field for over 20 years. Originally raised in the Air Force, Jane found San Diego in 1986 and considers it to be her "home". She and her husband Bill have been married since 1988 and have four sons and two grandchildren.

Dupps, Krista — Thank you and Good Luck Krista! Krista, while serving as a Strategic Coordinator to Joe Strazzeri expressed a desire to practice as an attorney. She has moved on to pursue her desires. We have since learned that she is expecting her first child, a daughter. We wish her the best. Please join us in wishing her good luck in her future endeavors.
Malme, Stephanie — Congratulations Stephanie on passing the bar and becoming our newest Associate Attorney. After three years of working with our firm, Stephanie was offered and accepted an Associate Attorney position with the Firm. We know her strong Work Ethic and dedication to applying herself to her case load. We are pleased to welcome her as an Attorney in the Firm.
