Every 5th Thursday in any month, SMLLP hosts a team building event — sponsoring a recreational day for the team to be able to get to know one another better, and have fun. In March, 2007, SMLLP sponsored a day enjoying each others company at Sea World, San Diego. The office closed early that day as the team was allowed to visit one of the world's best marine zoological park.
